Shipping Information

METRO MANILA
  • Fixed rate of Php 150.00 and please expect your packages within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Express Delivery (Metro Manila only)
    Fixed rate of Php 250.00 if orders have been confirmed before 12:00 NN. If it did not meet the same day cut-off of 12:00NN, it will be shipped / delivered the following working day. Please note that this “express delivery” is only available from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. Once we ship your order, you will receive a text message from our third party logistics provider.
LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAO

For outside Metro Manila delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly email gracebalitian08@gmail.com or eicuasto@up.edu.ph for the shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL

For international delivery, shipping fees differ depending on the particular destination. Kindly email gracebalitian08@gmail.com or eicuasto@up.edu.ph for inquiries on international orders.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit card/debit card, PayPal, Bank Deposit/Fund Transfer, and GCash.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Once the item is purchased, you have seven (7) days to return the said item/s.

Requirements for return:

  • Item must be in good condition
  • Item must be with unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Please inform us first through email; items sent back without prior information will not be processed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made if the item to be exchanged is of the same price or higher. If the price of the replacement item is higher, payment of the price difference must be settled first.
